Recently, a Christian Talk guy named Frank Pastore has written a good column that says Americans may be confused by leftist so called Christians who do not think radical Islam is as dangerous as some conservative Christians say it is. And more, who knows the truth and what really is good and evil? After all, America sells arms, supports.........you know the line and liberal churches now are saying that our government ethos and democratic free enterprise is not just so let us not judge. Well, here we go again. To make it worse, Frank writes, there is something called the 'emergent-emerging church ' which isn't your usual evangelical Biblical based church and it says that Islam is just misunderstood and Christianity has so many faults so let's all get along. For years, I have been writing, teaching and preaching that gutless Christianity cannot help free people to overcome the evil of Islamofascism. Europe is showing that. They already are lost and are inviting the Islamos in to take over their cultures without much of a real fight. Germany and France recently started to get worried and now that Blair is gone, England better get worried. To boot, much of Europe is so secular that it is ill equipped intellectually, morally, and Biblically as it had been eary in its history to take on an evil , false , and misguided religion in the hands of really nasty murdering fanatics who are living in the 7th Century. Modern moderate Muslims are being overwhelmed with that evil and cannot compete either. Perhaps the real problem is Islam itself. Perhaps later on that one. But, many know that jihadist Islamofascism is really dirty and downright evil in its torture, ethos and its tactics such as blowing up people with other people including kids. It does no good to just TSK, TSK it all under the Persian carpet! Like in WWII, there is a real enemy which must be defeated by real people and not coffee claches and seminars and marches. The sooner the real Christian Church, born again-Spirit filled men and women realize that, the sooner the real battle for freedom will be engaged. And I do mean right here in America. Though humans all face spiritual battles in other dimensions, this world is a dimension of flesh and blood and it is often spilled . Spilling it to defeat an evil and to secure freedom is one way Church people who are real believers will have to face. The secularists will always complain, whine and accuse just as they did Jesus. But, evil is real. And while it is demonically supported, we also know that there are times when real humans have to fight other real humans to defeat it. With the help of the real Biblical God, though sad in its contemplation, this war is just beginning and we all better realize it.
