Paris, John, and the Messiah on energy

  Well now the world is seeing what the Messiah wants, Paris Hilton wants and Senator McCain wants as far as an energy policy for the future.  Paris is fooling but her plan sounds better than the Messiah's. McCain is correct by asking for 45 new nuclear energy plants in the next 30 years. Italy, France, and Germany are using nuke power right now and so is Britain.  The whackoe enviros have to be ignored finally or the USA will be blackmailed by OPEC , the Iranians, Chavez for years to come. Drilling for oil is the way to go as is finding coal, shale oil, natural gas outlets and we can do it domestically. The Liberal Socialist Pacifists want to make OIL a villain or gas or coal but our industrial power as well as the power of much of the world's Industrial Revolution comes from all of these energy sources.  All this baloney about wave, wind, solar power is generations away from powering any personal transportation conveyance. Even liberal Dems should know that but apparently they want to be just like all the other socialists around the Globe while telling us, 'only they can save the world.'  Uh, guys and gals, a man did that 2000 years ago and Dems just cannot improve on His Plan.

The Child Savior of Humanity

    OK, it is time to just say NO to the Messiah. This is getting out of hand. BO is believing his own rhetoric and his own wonderfulness. No man or woman is a savior. None. Wilson tried and failed in the early 1900's.  This lack of perspective is huring the historic parties.  The lack of specific items and policies and even agendas for this faux Messiah is now being commented upon by even his boot lickers in the liberal media. A fad is just that. A man is not God. No one has ever done what God has wrought and when one speaks about problems of the world with a wave of a hand, one now wonders if the hand waver is quite sane. I wonder how he would react to the Fascist move that Pelosi made in the House today as she turned out the lights and power of the mic in the House because she would not allow a Dem-Pub compromise on energy development which naturally and with great common sense, including oil drilling?  So far no comment. Obama has even used the race card today but people might not believe that either.  We shall see. Even FDR was not in love with himself as a Messiah. Nor was Reagan.  For people who do not believe in evangelical Christianity nor Biblical allusions, Dems seem to elevate Obama to a Biblical proportions.  God does not like idolatry.  Obama might still win but where does that put this nation is the eyes of a very real Higher Power??

Blessings in the time of pessimism.

    Before I had the vision-dream above, I had a nice day on Monday with my wife and dog.  The day was gorgeous.  And then I thought about the 122 degrees in Iraq where our brave military is fighting the murderous Islamofascists and   WINNING.  KRLA and other outlets raised money for the military for a 4th of July celebration gift package.  We participated and then I went walking. Not near kids who had dynamite. Not near machine guns clacking. Not near the rotten killers dressed as religious people who think all Jews and Christians should be killed. Not near sand and wind and poverty and not near people who bravely are standing against the jihadists and the MSM and Democrats here in America!!!!   No, I could go home and take a shower when I am 'sticky'.  I can sleep in a wonderful bed and eat anything I want with food in my fridge as well as in food areas and places that I can still drive to even though the liberals have helped raise gas taxes and prices. George Will has a new book out saying that today Americans are soft and refuse to suffer one wit for any reason.  So while our military is protecting us, the American public whines and gripes and is soooooo sad over 4000 dead yet will not say anything about 40,000 people who die in car accidents and how many people die by our domestic terrorists, gangs.  Will reminds us of the Depression, WWII and we worry about not getting enough IPODS or IPHONES.  God bless our military. But, I doubt that God is going to bless the lazy, treacherous, secular humanists, non-productive , anti-God people who complain and moan about everything while driving in their souped up cars and watching their 50 in. HD TV's.

A Vision!

      Last night, I had a dream vision. Yes, really.  This was not something that I wanted to see or dream.  I had a nice day with our grandson, wrote some, read some, played with Jack, and had a nice time over all with daughter, grandson and wife.  Saw a wonderful film about WWI, Flyboys.  Went to bed and for awhile, turned and tossed.  Slept or was in a Rem time of dozing.  All of a sudden, REALLY. I saw the end of the election period and Obama won.  That was bad enough, but I saw, yes saw, the First 100 Days of his reign.  Here, as I remember, what he did.  He first issued Executive Orders undoing those of Bush. He then sent about 200 jurist choices to the Senate Judiciary Com. because Bush had not had action from Harry Reid on some of his choices. That left those offices open.   The new President then sent the House and Senate his new tax hikes which was literally in the billions. They closed all loopholes for corporations. They raised taxes on individuals making 50,000 dollars and above. Oil companies were pointed out for new taxes.  There were no new ideas on drilling, in fact, the President reiterated that there would be no drilling, no nuclear plants, no coal.  He told the House that he was for a repudiation of the Fairness Doctrine.  And as to international relations, Iraq was to end in 24 months no matter how the war was going. And immediately, his Admin. was to meet with Chavez, Iran, N.Korea.  The fact that taxes were in the forefront of my dream-vision, means probably that taxes are my bete noir. I woke up this AM, told Katy about this vision, and began to write. I fear this guy. I really do. I see an end to the America that our heritage, culture and history has pointed to. He really is an agent for change. But, the change is I fear, one which looks very much like all the failed socialist idealism that has haunted Africa, Asia, Lating America and Europe for over 100 years.  I really do now think that this guy will be elected. I am glad that I am retired and pray that his policies will not erase my IRA's, my mutual funds, for Katy and I depend on them for our lifeline and lifestyle. With this new President,  liberty and freedoms as Americans have known them, especially for the majority of producers and innovators will be constricted. I am not nearly so optimistic as I was when Ronald Reagan was elected. And I do not think I will see another optimistic American leader or nation in the time that I have left on this earth.

Religious politics??

   For heaven's sake, literally. We now have pols yelling at each other over religion nowadays. Not the nutter Wright or that heretic Catholic priest or even Sharpton or Jesse. Nope. Dobson and Obama and McCain and Kasich.  Now actually, Dobson is correct when he points out like Karl Rove did the other night, that Obama uses religious interpretations that only seem to favor social justice positions of the so called Liberal Branch of Christianity: the poor, social security, home owner rights??? Now how this is Jesus-speak is a real stretch.  There is a mix of the social justice gospel with the evangelism worship salvation gossip.  That is the totality of the Gospel.  Yet, liberals lean really toward the social gospel but just happen to avoid the notion of universal sin, evil, and the necessity of having to be Born Again. They also want to sweep away any of the Evangelical Right Christian voters by co-opting them, by fooling them with religious talk and actions.  Libeals just don't deal with sin but they sure deal with rights, tolerance, avoidance of judgement, and acceptance of everything and everyone because after all, GOD IS LOVE.  Liberal never seem to remember that God has standards. That He will be our final judge. That there is a Hell and Heaven.  To liberals, like Obama, there is never a Hell unless one doesn't accept Gay Marriage, won't recycle, or won't accept that the West and America which he says enforces Christian intolerance 'FORCES MUSLIMS TO TURN TO VIOLENCE.'  What nonsense! And what about Evangelism?   Since Obama says to Dobson,' look, all faiths have equal stances and equal standing before the Creator.' Oh, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, other cults all are equal to God with our Judeo-Christian heritage, Biblical story and statements that Jesus is the Savior of all, all, all humanity?  Also, what does Obama do with the Great Commission?  Should Christians try to show unbelievers in Jesus the truth of the Gospel?? If not, why be a Christian?  Why not just eat , drink, and play around like the secular humanists do?  Just what heritage should American religious people believe in?  Surely, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, and other cults , sects are not the foundation of our American history. None of those really did anything for our Constitution, our religious liberty or our history.  To think that multiculturalism is the real energy behind religious freedom is just absurd. Obama should know better and so should liberals.  But, they never do.  And that is why Dobson says Obama is really distorting the Scriptures, the Gospel, and the entire scope of what Jesus meant in his standards, teachings, grace, love, and salvation message.

Race

   Well here we go again. Liberal Dems straight faced using RACE as an issue to kill the Republican Party, Evangelicals, conservatives in general when the only people using the Race card are:   fellow Democrats.  Yipe. Will the public see this?  Will blacks, yellows, browns, whites, reds see this?? Doubtful , since the media loves to use race, against white Republican conservatives especially candidates running against the pure and above board Democrats.  Yet, it is Obama, or Clinton, or NY state white pols using race even against their own black candidates like McCall years ago, who actually swim in the race quagmire. Only nutty white racists of the David Duke type use race in an evil way. Yet, the black pastors that the Dems love, Jackson, Sharpton and now the Messiah use race and they are applauded in BEING BRAVE.   Brave?? When the media covers for them as they did when Obama a few days ago in Fla. used the 'black' term as a pre-emption against of all people, ole John McCain. McCain may be many things but he is not a racist and refuses to even criticize Obama on many legitimate issues.  He never has used race. Even the Clintons thought that the Obama campaign used race against them.  Now here is the Messiah once more , with humor, the media says, prempting the race issue by accusing the Pubs not the Dems of using the 'black' term.  Can you imagine if McCain targeted the white voters??? Oh the humanity!  He would be hung on Keith O's MSNBC program and not in effigy!!!!!   Obama is now targeting black voters in white majority states down South but is not going to announce that because it might offend said white voters in those states if they thought he was being hypocritical.  Will the media berate him on this?  Of course not since the LA Times today told us of this and praised him for his, bravery.  BRAVERY??? What makes him brave when he obscures his real agenda?  If he is a socialist and he is , will the media ever, ever point it out?  If he uses races to trick people and smear his opponents, will the media and the voters who seem to be under some influence when this guy talks, will they ever realize it???  Obama will not solve the race issue because he uses it still to divide people.

Energy Independence

    Well, we finally have the Pubs, McCain, Bush after nearly 8 years deciding to ask for drilling for oil, natural gas, and the building of nuclear plants. McCain wants 45 new nuclear plants. The Dems since 1981, have stopped all offshore and domestic oil and gas drilling and have stopped all nuclear plant building because of a Jane Fonda film. The first Bush agreed with this. This Bush should issue Executive Orders to start drilling again. It will lower prices immediately. The Dems today in the House, actually called for more socialism, NATIONALIZATION OF OUR OIL INDUSTRIES.  This hatred for Big Oil forgets that oil runs the engine of democracy, our industries, our cars, our agricultural businesses, and Yes, our military superiority. Can you imagine that wind, solar, waves running our nation NOW?  Of course now.  This is an issue that freezing people in the North East can understand. Poor people can understand that new oil and gas resources would allow them to drive to work .  Our military could always be ready to stop the Islamofascists and other crazed dictators like Chavez and Castro. This hatred for energy that the crazed enviros have had is just pure socialism. They think owls, carribou, moose, snail darters and kangaroo rats are more important than human needs. Needs, not greeds.  We have domestic reserves for the next 100 years. By then, all this chatter about alternative fuels will have been created so why not drill now?

High gas-oil prices are liberalism's fault! Period.

  OK, I want to rant about gas-oil prices.  I want to go back 30-45 years.  Back then , many people were urging Congress, of course, run by Democrats, to drill for oil, build nuclear plants and use coal.  Well, the Nixon years , with Dems leading Congress drew up the EPA.  We all knew that pollution was a problem. We also, who were real conservationists, not the faux Greenies who want to just destroy all of human progress to save the blood worm, wanted to restore and keep national heritage homes, estates et al.  Then too, there was the new OPEC group which supposedly was to regulate oil and gas production worldwide.  That the Arabs were the real power there though I am sure America and England thought it would be, was never factored in. But, some wanted energy independence. Believe it or not, Nixon did.  As far back as the '60's.  Of course, emotive liberals started to cry about climate, cars, oil and gas companies and a movie, the China Syndrome and a Russian accident began to be taught in our universities that free enterprise capitalism was evil and that Government should take over the energy companies. Well not yet as of then but Maxine Waters, a black socialist pacifist Democrat from Los Angeles recently blurted out that oil and gas and perhaps more industries should be nationalized. By now, 2008, we are being pushed by Warner, Lieberman , Obama , Clinton, Leahy, Reid, Pelosi, even ole John McCain that we need clean energy and boy howdy we should not even drill in the area of Anwar. Oh the humanity. It is time to scream and yell on a daily level. Bills in Congress are starting to blend to stop any energy exploration or drilling or building of new plants, nuclear, gas cracking plants and even wussy Republicans are throwing in the towell. It has to stop. There are gazillions of barrels of oil in and off the shores of America. We have coal. We can build nuclear plants. McCain and the Pubs should run on that energy platform and we the voters who are paying the cost should pressure all politicians to start drilling NOW.

Is it the economy Stupid???

  I read every liberal commentator in the nation railing about the so called horrid Bush economy. Now first of all, the tax cuts sailed this economy to record heights. It was not Bush or the Republicans in the last two years who forced people to write up poor mortagages or bad investment contracts. It was not Bush who wanted to stop drilling for oil . It was not the Republicans who wanted to stop building nuclear power plants. It was the GreenishenviroDems who are simply socialists domestically and pacifists in our foreign policy. America, to these nerds , is more dangerous than OPEC or the Islamofascists. Of course, that is just absurd but the MSM agrees with the Dems nearly 95% of the time so our citizens are brainwashed both domestically and on foreign policy and national security.  We have suffered in this nation since the Fonda flicker, the China Syndrome, Three Mile Island and the horror in Russia. Of course, that was now a long time ago but people still think nuclear plants, say at San Onofre , are just about to explode and kill all the 'children'.  Oil fields both on and off shore are not to be touched since the Valdez situation , now also years ago, is still being brought up. Of course, the fact that technology has changed in all energy fields making it safe to get energy sources never stops the Dems from demagoguing the issue of energy. No. we need wind, wave, ethenol et al which of course will not be ready for 50 years. Today, oil is what makes our engines run not hydrogen. Sorry but don't blame Bush if gas goes to $5 bucks a gallon. He and the Pubs have wanted to drill since Reagan's terms but No cigar. No refinery has been built in nearly 30 years and no nuclear plant for 35 plus years. We could start today building, drilling for gas, oil, using shale oil and at least have a fighting chance to stop the Islamos from blackmailing us for the next 30 years. But, again,   No cigar since the 'socialists' would rather blame Bush, the oil companies and save the snail darter and caribou. That they do not need saving never gets in the 'socialist's ' way of redefining American capitalism , needs, and our republican democracy. Sort of like they want to redefine MARRIAGE!

Appeasers

  History teaches us that for many years, students understood the relevancy of the word appeasement. It meant that giving into dictators, radical terrorist governments on their demands when it was they themselves the murderers, the aggressors, the liars, was a losing proposition. Like Munich, 1938 and how the poor Czechs lost their freedom to Hitler. Then it was Poland. Then it was the rest of Western Europe. After WWII, the Reds in Russia did the same thing to the captive nations in Eastern Europe. Then many in the West cried, whined and told the Reds that they would not infuriate them , or stop them if they wanted more land such as Castro invading Africa in Angola for example and China in Tibet.  Democrats all these years , except JFK and Truman and others like Scoop Jackson always blamed America for foreign problems never the liars , murderers, thugs, or aggressors. The fear was nuclear war.  So let's not be beastly to the Rooskies or Chinese Reds. Then Nam came and we lost the war there though we should have won. So for years after Nam, Democrats again told us not to get into any war unless we could say only a few Americans might lose their lives. Now we are in the Middle East against the new Reds, the new Nazis, the new Fascists: the Islamofascists. Iran, Syria and others with radical groups such as Hamas, Al Queda, Al Aqusa, Hezbollah et al are just thugs. Nothing more. The leaders are nutters who want a 7th Century Messiah to lead the globe. Even now, liberal Dems are asking for negotiations with these killers as if they will change their minds and murderous views on the 12th Caliphate. Obama, Murtha, Reid, Pelosi, Carter, Kennedy, Biden, Leahy, Durbin, McDermott can make as many evil outrageous statements about Bush, America , military and the MSM never chides them. Bush makes a non-entity charge and Obama and the Dems go wild. If the shoe fits, wear it boys!!

Pubs in trouble and what about Dems?

 Strange nowadays that articles are flowing out of both sides: Red and Blue writers, saying the Pubs are in collapse and in Nov., they will disappear as a Party. They name the problems and it is true many of them are there. The war, the economy, the collapse of Pub unity, the Evangelicals sitting it out , and Bush, Bush, Bush the dictator. Now some of this is just blather and silly but people believe perceptions if they see and hear them on TV , in the media, and on the Net. You know: tell a lie often enough, it is believed. Well, what about the Dems? Some are saying that Pubs will vote Dem, that religious people will leave the Pubs and vote Dem, and that everybody hates McCain and loves the Messiah because he promises hope and change.  Now remember, this, the Dems, are a Party who for 70 years have been trending to be socialists. And since Nam, they have been pacifists who fear any military confrontation unless bombers can be used , some 30,000ft . in the air with no one being killed. If any American dies, according to the Dems, the war is not worth it. This is a Party which has voted to kill 45,000,000 unborn kids. This is a Party which has dissed American values, heritage and history. It is a Party which openly supports homosexuality and calls it normal and puts it into our curricula for all school kids. This is a Party which finds fault with America, but embraces Chavez, Castro, the Sandinistas, the Chi-Coms, the Rooskie commies but blames Reagan for imperialism. This is a Party which expands govt. control over all of our lives and raises taxes to give things to unproductive or even illegal peoples.  This is a Party which has dissed Christianity or the Judeo-Christian ethos for generations but now wants their votes so like with blacks, they can forget those people when the election is over.  This is a Party which believes in the womb to tomb ethos and all things govt. sponsored while individualism or states' rights go the way of the Dodo. This is a Party who wants Open Borders. This is a Party who nominates a socialist pacifist incompetent who can make nice speeches but is loved and adored by the masses.  So, America now chooses between the wussy Pubs who used to stand for real issues and tries now to make a comeback against a Party which looks like a European socialist party. Friends, we are in huge trouble if the Dems win in Nov. but apparently it is a done deal according to all the stories we perceive!!!!!!

Republican Purists bring their own chaos

  Well, if Rush's Operation Chaos has tried to give Clinton new life, the Pubs have their own chaos. It is from the Pub Purists, as I call them.  Some are real far wingers, near Birchers, some are religious, some are soooo conservative that only a dead Ronald Reagan is good enough for them to support. Some may even be some so called Rockefeller Pubs who think that the real BASE is silly. So chaos reigns in the Republican Party too.  Then too, in the Dem Primaries, may Pubs are voting as Rush commands. And in the last meaningless Pub primaries, 27% of the voters vote for other-than-John McCains.   So both parties are in real chaos.  In the Politico , today, May 7, there is an article which says down ticket Congressional Republicans are going to get slaughtered in Nov. since money is not there and the best candidates are also not there. People will vote Democrat because the Dems promise womb to the tomb mentality on all issues. They do it much better than Pubs. Pubs used to be for free enterprise, low taxes and cuts, strong military, free  choice in education, good SCOTUS picks.  If they cannot do that in Nov., even with a flawed McCain, they will get killed even if John wins by an inch!!! Unless all Pubs unite, the Congress will be in Democrat hands for a generation.  Cannot we all remember that until Newt in '94, the Dems controlled Congress for nearly 50 years??????  So, unite or die. Anyone who really thinks that losing to Obama is a real win, and that the voters will throw all the bums out in 2012 are just nuts and do not know politics.

Liberalism is now socialist pacifist and the Dems are caught...

  This week has shown that the modern Dem Party is now a captive of socialist pacifists. They have always been liberal since the FDR years but now they are no longer the Party of JFK or Scoop Jackson or even Sam Nunn. They are the Party of the lying Clintons and the radical Obamas with the flavor of Pastor Wright and Bill Ayers, a murderous bomber who is somehow free and teaching our kids.  How can this be?  The problem is just not a differing American way to solve American problems. The Dem Party now looks like a socialist pacifist Party from Europe. They are even more extreme than Brown's Party in Britain .  They espouse solutions that remind one of Marx and Engels not JFK or Hubert Humphrey though both of them were classic liberals.  This is a defeatist Party, one which blames America for all the ills of the world and yet, they will never say these things quite out loud since they need to fool the public when voting time comes around. Wright is not defending the black American church which is historic and responsible Biblically but he is defending Black Liberation theology which is seeded by Marxism and redistribution. Ayers is a natural ally since he wanted to bomb away free enterprise capitalism as well as representative democracy. The Media , of course, is in the tank for these people and get to fool the watchers every day and night. And the Pubs are not much better since they will not defend their conservative positions because they want to be loved.  It is time for Pub leadership and the Standard Bearer to defend America, its heritage , history and goodness. It is time to give solutions to the problems of America that don't represent some radical un-American socialist pacifistic agenda. The Pubs better do it soon or we will not recognize our nation after 4-8 years of the real socialists.

A Military scenario fantasy!

I have been thinking of this idea for months. Since I teach Political Science, I can afford to put out some ideas that no one else would think about or care about.  I , frankly, am sick and tired of Islamofascists. I want them all dead. Period.  I am sick and tired of liberals who apologize for them. I am sick and tired of the media who don't take them seriously. So, here is my fantasy though I know that Bush will not do what I suggest.  First,  under the table, we make a joint plan with Israel to do a joint attack on Iran and Syria.   Here is what the forces will do.  Hit the Iranian nuclear plant facilities. Then make sure that bombers also take out the cleric Sistani and the A-thug.   Second, take out the Syrian facilities and then make sure the Assad home area is bombed to kill him.. Third, allow Special Forces to take out Mookie Sadr. A bullet in his head. Now. Immediately. If Bush would do that, he could then declare victory in Iraq. If the stupid lefitst Democrats would try to impeach him, so be it. He could leave office with most of his ME policy completed. If Special Forces with Pakistani forces could take out Osama, so much the better.  As you can see, I do not believe in turning the other cheek. Islamofascists would cut it off! Every one of them should be killed. They will never give up trying to put the Mahdi into effect though that is insane. Enough is enough. And if CAIR in the USA complains, tell them to go live in the hell hole of the Middle East!  There. A fantasy which should have been done 3 years ago. But, Bush still has a chance to do it. Too bad that he will not.

Vultures

   Over the last few decades, liberals all over the USA have cried the blues about sometime or other in the USA. Something was always wrong in American culture, the military, foreign policy, economic policy, anything which could OFFEND them. No matter what was going on in American or round the Globe, liberals complained just how mean, evil, racist, homophobic, lying the President, business, cultural opposites, Christians, religion in general, church leaders, class envy ; whatever.  The constant hatred of American institutions , their pessimism led to Ronald Reagan's election and somewhat for the positions of both Bushes.  Dean Barnett just wrote a column on vultures.  Over the years I have had many of the same conclusions though Dean is much younger than I am.  People like Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Murtha, Waxman, Waters, Harken, Durbin, McDermott just cannot wait till some economic or military disaster befalls America and especially when a conservative Republican is President or Republicans are in charge of Congress. Of course, today, since 2006, Democrats have been in charge of Congress. Yet, they cry, whine, complain, are offended, and cannot wait for one more disaster for our economy. Gas prices, housing, or some military problems to strike the USA.  The media allies of the Democrats talk down the economy as if one more disaster is going to keep millions from eating that very night!  When one watches people spending money in restaurants, malls, getting big ticket items such as DVD-HD TV, one wonders if the population sits around each day chewing on their nails. Of course, the economy goes up and down. Of course, a war against a global enemy, Islamofascism. has its ups and downs. Yet the Vultures on the Left cannot wait to swoop down on some poor person, person of color or an 'offended' religion or economic class to bewail the evils of free enterprise and our government. In the long run, it appears that the Vultures want to bring into being their long awaited socialist pacifist paradise. They have been doing this for the last 60 years. They are 'praying' that this is the year it comes true.
